We are very pleased to welcome you as a guest on our Visitors' Terrace. The terrace is located in the public area of Terminal 2, so you do not need a security check to enter the Visitors' Terrace.

Prices and tickets
Until further notice, we invite you to enjoy the "most beautiful balcony in Frankfurt" free of charge. Access to the Visitors' Terrace is thus free of charge.
Arrival
At the airport
The Visitors' Terrace is located in Terminal 2, on the Food Plaza directly across from McDonalds.
By car / Parking
For the Visitors' Terrace, you can park in the Terminal 2 underground car park (P8 or P9).
By public transport
From the regional train station, you can get directly to the Airport City Mall. Regional and long-distance buses stop in front of Terminal 1, from where you can conveniently take the SkyLine or the bus shuttle to Terminal 2.
