Important information for our guests in wheelchairs regarding your booking on a starter tour
- There are two tickets on sale per bus (maximum number of wheelchairs possible on the bus).
- The starter tours will take place every 14 days at 11 am.
- Tickets can be purchased up to 3 days in advance.
- Every wheelchair user requires an accompanying person, as our tour guides are not allowed to provide assistance at any time for insurance reasons.
- Each ticket includes one wheelchair user plus one accompanying person, provided a B is entered on the disabled person's pass.
- If no B is entered on the disabled person's ID card, the accompanying person requires a regular ticket. You can purchase this here.
- Wheelchair users must be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the tour, which all start in Terminal 1, Departure Level 2, Hall C. Please follow the signs ‘FRA Airport Tours & Shop’, pass under the large departure display board and then wait at the large turquoise-coloured wall with the inscription ‘Welcome to the Fun Side of Frankfurt Airport’.
- The routes to the security checkpoint and boarding the bus are barrier-free. However, there is a certain distance to cover to get to the security checkpoint.
